Do I need to cleanse my body?
If you have never have done a cleanse, consider this for a moment. Our bodies operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week nonstop. What would happen to your car if you never changed the oil, fluids or air filters? How long would you expect your car to last if you ignored the suggested maintenance schedule?
Since we are not born with an owners manual we can learn to implement personal cleansing techniques and empower ourselves. This is not a new fad, cleansing has been around for thousands of years. Almost all major religious and spiritual practices included fasting at least once or twice a year, that’s a cleanse.
The reality of modern living is we are exposed to a wide variety of toxic chemicals, and pollutants our ancestors had never imagined. It’s even more important than ever, to keep our bodies clean.
So take a look at the following list to see if you will reap benefits from a cleanse.  Count your “yes” answers to the questions below. 
Do you suffer from: Headaches or migraines?  Chronic infections, sore throat or colds? Persistent joint and/or muscle pain? Depression? Fatigue? Constipation or irritable bowels? Yeast infections? Strong body odor? Cellulite? Fuzzy thinking & lack of concentration? Insomnia? Weak immune system?
Do you have:   Silver (amalgam) fillings? Root canals? Regular pest or weed control service?  Permed, straightened, dyed hair or chemically processed hair? Sensitivity to perfume or other chemical odors? 
Do you: Use unfiltered fluoridated tap water? Smoke or are exposed to second hand smoke? Drink alcoholic beverages regularly? Wear clothes that have been dry-cleaned? Prepare food in a microwave oven and/or use a cell phone? Use aluminum or teflon cookware? Eat processed food or “fast food”? Have wall-to-wall carpet in your home or office? Take prescription or over the counter medications on a regular basis? Use commercial household cleaners, cosmetics or antiperspirants? 
Does your occupation expose you to toxins?
If you answered YES to 5 or more questions above you should seriously consider investigating the benefits of cleansing.
